Beautiful floral crowns

For holidays I wanted to send something to my wedding clients as well as all of the wonderful vendors I had the pleasure of working with this year. So I rounded up a few models for a special photo shoot for some Christmas bridal themed cards. I wanted some simple, Christmasy floral crowns to decorate to my faux brides with, after doing some online research and making a few phone calls, I enlisted the help of The Flower House here in Niagara Falls on Portage road. They made me some gorgeous crowns, each one special and unique. One was covered with bright red berries with a touch of green foliage and the second was full of lush winter greens. They even added their own sweet details of a twine at the back to tie the crowns into place, which suited the crowns perfectly! Being the start of winter, the models (Griffin and Amanda), and myself were anticipating a chilly shoot. However with the balmy weather we've been having over the past while, the shoot was balmy and the sun was warm.

Ushering in the New Year. Current Specials

One of the things I love most about the New Year is reflecting on all the wonderful photo sessions I've partaken in over the past year, all of the fantastic new clients I have meet and new friends that have entered my life as a result of what I do for a living. It makes me love and appreciate my job even more. I truly hope that everyone had a fun and safe holiday season. Some very exciting things happened in the studio over the holidays. My Christmas mini sessions brought in so many awesome donations for Project Share! I love how giving and connected to the community my clients are. I am excited to do this again with my Easter Mini sessions in March. I also had some amazing boudoir sessions and family sessions in the studio as well. Although the weather wasn't too cold this December (thank goodness!), the studio is always a great option for unfavorable weather conditions. Speaking of the holidays, it is the most popular time of year for engagement sessions. Christmas Eve
